About

Let me introduce myself

As a commercial real estate broker in the San Francisco Bay Area, I represent major corporations and investors in the purchase, sale and leasing of office and R&D space across the United States. I advise corporations regarding their strategic real estate decision-making with high level planning and financial analysis. I also provide my clients with expert witness services in real estate litigation as needed.

It is important for companies to think ahead when making real estate decisions. Taking advantage of the market begins by having time on your side. Regardless of when your leases expire, I will meet with you to evaluate your current real estate situation and compare it with your company’s strategic goals. I will review your company’s facilities and existing leases, listen to your plans for the future and make strategic recommendations based on each market in which your company in located.

I partner with you, providing detailed planning information and financial analysis for your company to rely on as you and your team focus on your core business.

I look forward to speaking with you soon and saving your company time and money.

ACTIVITIES

Cycling I’ve been a professional cycling fanatic since the 1980’s when Lance Armstrong first began winning races. I race an Orbea Orca on the road with the IC3 Team or you can also find me on the trails of Mt. Diablo with my NICA Mountain Bike Team (Contra Costa Composite) riding my Santa Cruz Blur.

Fast Cars  I guess you could say I “bleed blue” since I was raised in a Ford family with six Mustangs. We were always working for more horsepower and torque. My favorites have to be the 1965/6 and 1967/8 Fastbacks and the 1993, 2003 and current Cobras and Shelby’s. In recent years, I’ve also been impressed with German engineering and the Mercedes AMG models.

Head Coach for Contra Costa Composite We are the composite mountain bike team for Contra Costa.  We have riders from 7 different High Schools.  My High School team competes against ~ 80 other teams in Northern California.

Former Soccer Coach Doesn’t everyone love seeing their kids learn how to handle a soccer ball? I am no different than any of the millions of soccer fans around the world. I find pure joy in seeing kids work together to take a ball across the field and when all the elements are in place… SCORE!

Family What’s more to love than a wife and kids to come home to at night and play with on the weekends?   Not much.
